The purpose of this study is to teach participants how to set personal health goals with the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) Framework while integrating self-management strategies to support behaviors that will help you meet your goals.

We are looking for participants who:

- Are 18 years old or older

- Have goals relating to their health

- Are willing to participate in a 2-3 hour session either in person or via Zoom

- Have not had prior training with the SMART-Goal Framework
